Work with us
City Care Partnership is a dynamic and active employer. We are always looking to recruit staff who share our values.
What We Do
At City Care Partnership, we have always developed our services to meet the needs of individuals who would often struggle in mainstream community services.
We may not have any Team Leader vacancies at the moment, but we are always interested in hearing from people who could see their future with City Care.
Our Team Leaders play an important role in supporting services for autistic people and people with learning disabilities. We look for people who not only share our values, but have the personality, lived experience and career experience to lead a team in putting those values into practice every day.
If you would like to be considered for future vacancies, we would love to hear from you. Please email your CV to briansheppard@citycarepartnership.co.uk
The people we employ are as diverse as the people we support, there is no 'One size fits all' Community Access Support Worker, so we may be looking for your life experience and personality!
We currently have a number of positions as Community Access Support Workers in services for individuals with learning disabilities/Autistic Spectrum Condition. No experience is necessary, but sharing our values, having lived experience and a full UK manual driving license are essential.
